Think how truly amazing it
is that as carriers of Christ, we can carry His very likeness and compassion,
His words, His gestures, and His message to the streets! As His prophetic
vessels, we can go to the streets—anywhere—and bring His very presence! What
God Says
Read 1 Cor.
14:39-40. Write out 1 Cor. 14: 40.

Read the following Scriptures (in New King James Version, as the exercises to follow will be based on that). Make brief notes of how each Scripture reveals to you how you are to be the representative of Jesus to the world about you. 1 Cor. 14:40:__________________________________________________ 2 Cor. 5:20:__________________________________________________ 2 Cor. 7:1:___________________________________________________ 2 Tim. 4:17-18:________________________________________________ Application Below are well-known portions of Scriptures taken from
the previous Deeper Insight section (using NKJV). See if you can fill in the
blanks with the correct word. Look up the Scriptures and see how you did.
Memorize them. 1 Cor. 14:40: “”Let all ____ be done _______ and

reading aloud 2 Cor. 5:20, and then discuss all the ways in which we might try
to be ambassadors for Christ daily.
Close the
group session in prayer, giving praise to the Lord that He uses us as His
ambassadors, whether at home, at work, in the streets with strangers. Prayer
Memorize 2 Tim. 4:17 and thank the Lord stands with you as you minister His name and love to the people you encounter in your day. And thank Him for letting others see and experience Jesus when they encounter you in their day. |
